Mexican Musician Salvador Lizárraga Dies

The group announced the death in a statement, without informing about the cause

Mexico City – The musician Salvador Lizárraga, founder of La Original Banda el Limón, died of undisclosed causes, it was indicated in a statement released on social networks.

“With great sadness and deep pain, today the family of La Original Banda el Limón have great sorrow in our hearts for the death of our leader Don Salvador Lizárraga,” the text reads.

“Don Chava, as many called him with great affection with respect for the great man he was, leaves us a great example with his departure and a great life teaching.”

The members of the group assured in the letter that they will always thank Lizárraga, born in 1932, for the legacy he left them through his music, his teachings and his advice.

“He was an honest man who fought against all adversities and never gave up; In spite of everything, he always had a positive attitude and a smile on his face that inspired confidence, ”she added.

“His great love for music always showed it with great joy, and today with his departure he leaves us a great legacy that is his Original Banda el Limón, which he loved with all his might and for which he fought until the last of his days. Rest in peace the great teacher Don Salvador Lizárraga ”.
