Since the tragic death of Jenni Rivera on December 9, 2012, when the plane in which she was traveling collapsed, her five children have been left in the care of not only Janney ‘Chiquis’ Rivera, the singer’s eldest daughter but also from her sister Rosie.
It is public knowledge that ‘La Diva de la Banda’ appointed Rosie Rivera as executor to take charge of the inheritance that corresponded to her children, who at that time some were still minors.
And although everything seemed to be going well, for a few weeks the Rivera family has been in the eye of the hurricane when Jhonny, Jenni Rivera’s youngest son, requested an audit from his aunt.

In the video, you can see Jhonny and at the bottom of the interview place an oil painting where Jenni Rivera was painted as an angel who takes care of her five daughters, in the conversation the youngest son of “La Diva de la Banda”, assures that they have not received anything in 8 and a half years.
In recent days, it was revealed that very soon Rosie Rivera will leave the business and her responsibility as executor of the assets and inheritance of Jenni Rivera, and it will be Jacquie one of the daughters of La Diva de la Banda who will take her place.
Juan Rivera, who in an interview for the program First hand, revealed that his niece Jacquie will be preparing for about 6 months with Rosie who will teach her how to handle her mother’s business.
And although Juan and Rosie Rivera assured on several occasions that the audit that Jhonny requested is not about money issues, it is the Diva de la Banda’s own son who will speak this afternoon about it and clarifies all doubts.
