Felix Silla, who played the endearing Uncle Cosa on the popular 1960s series The Addams Family, died at age 84 on Friday, confirmed actor Gil Gerard.
Silla had long battled pancreatic cancer, his co-star on the series Buck Rogers reported on Twitter in the 25th century.
Felix died just a few hours ago and the only good I can draw from his passing is that he didn’t suffer any longer. I will miss him terribly, especially the great time we had at our panels. Just him telling me to ,” go ‘ f ‘ myself”. 😢

Although he played important roles, the face of Félix Anthony Silla went unnoticed in the series The Addams family as Uncle Thing, Buck Rogers where he gave life to the robot Twiki or as Ewok in the movie Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi.
However, the character with whom he could be really recognized by face was with the role of the manic villain Litvak in “The Black Bird” (1975).
