Sad news for Barcelona fans. Josep Mussons, who was vice president of FC Barcelona, died this Saturday at the age of 96 a victim of Covid. Mussons was a member of the Barça board of directors from 1978 to 2000, under the presidency of Josep Lluís Núñez, and assumed the positions of president of the sections (1978-1979), third vice president, and president of Grassroots Football (1980-2000). On a professional level, he was linked to the food company Bimbo.

The news of the death of Josep Musson’s reached the Barça club at two in the afternoon and the Barcelona expedition moved to the final of the Seville Cup, where it caused regret given his ties to the club for so many years.
