How Did Jody Lukoki Die? Cause Of Death Explored

Three European media pointed out possible causes of the death of former Ajax soccer player, Jody Lukoki, including reviews that speak of family violence.

This Monday through the official account of Twente in the Netherlands, the death of Jody Lukoki, a former soccer player from that club, and Ajax from the same country, was reported, but at that time no information was offered about his death. Now, European media released alleged details of the event.

According to the Parool newspaper, Lukoki died of cardiac arrest in a hospital in the city of Almere, also in the Netherlands.

The strange thing about the situation is that the player would have appeared at the medical center after being violently beaten by his family during an argument.

Another media outlet, the Algemeen Dagblad, also coincides with Lukoki’s visit to the hospital, but they assure that he went to the center for headaches and knee pain; upon receiving him, the staff noted that the situation was more serious than indicated and he was immediately hospitalized.

The last of the newspapers that reported on the health and death of the man born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo was the Dutch News, which established that the cause of death occurred after the doctors tried to amputate his leg to save his life due to the injuries that presumably the relatives did, but later he went into a coma after the operation and it was there that he suffered a heart attack.

The unknown about how the events really happened has led the police to become involved in investigations in order to find the culprit if there is one.

As a footballer, Lukoki defended the shirt of the Democratic Republic of the Congo with three appearances in total between 2015 and 2019; he also defended the colors of the Netherlands in the Under-19 and Under-21 teams between 2012 and 2014.

As for clubs, the winger made his debut with the Ajax first team in January 2011 and stayed for three seasons, until 2013; he had previously arrived in 2003 at the bottom of the Dutch youth academy.

Within his record, he won three league titles with Johan Cruyff’s team and played 39 games in which he was able to score five goals.
