The Madrid regional television reporter has died after suffering a long illness

Telemadrid journalist María Martínez died this Monday at the age of 37 after not being able to overcome a serious illness, according to the regional corporation.

Martínez, a native of Guadalajara, studied Journalism at the San Pablo-CEU University and worked since 2007 at Telemadrid, where she joined after passing through Madridiario.

Her work in Madrid’s public television was developed especially in the newsroom writing with a specialization in International and Economy, sections that she managed to coordinate.
