“I was startled and heartbroken to learn of the passing of Tyler Suiters, a former coworker, anchor, and friend. Working with him at KOCO 5 News in Oklahoma City in the 2000s taught me a lot. “I worked the morning program with him, and eventually, we both moved to the late news,” he continued. I’ll always remember the good times we shared.

He had been battling ALS for the past two years, a degenerative nervous system illness that impacts nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord and causes loss of muscle control, ultimately leading to his death.

The funeral’s specifics will be revealed at a later time. His wife Kimberly, a former investigative reporter, and daughter are his survivors. In 2000, the couple got married. Everyone is missing and grieving for Tyler Suiters, including friends, family, and coworkers. On their social media, paying respects and express sympathy for this wonderful anchor.
Words cannot express my pain after losing Tyler Suiters, my college roommate, today. One could not ask for a better friend than him because he was one of the nice ones. I will always regret not seeing him for too long, like the brother I never had, suits. Old friend, you are gone but never forgotten, so rest easy.
