A deadly motorbike accident claimed the life of a beloved resident of Sykesville, Maryland, as per the sources.

A motorcyclist, Tyler McConnell,29, died after losing control of his motorcycle and striking a light pole in Ellicott City on Tuesday, according to the Howard County Police.

Incident details:

Tyler McConnell, of Sykesville, was traveling southbound on Pine Orchard Lane on a 2023 Kawasaki EX650 at a high rate of speed around 3:30 a.m., police said.

That’s when he lost control of his vehicle, according to authorities.

He was taken to Howard County General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

According to authorities, investigators shut down the 10100 block of Frederick Road about two hours following the crash.

A witness to the chaos who was nearby stated in a statement that:

“I was right there when this happen today. I was right in the filling station less than a block. I saw all the emergency vehicles show up but I did not know what had happen. I was riding my bike and stopped to talk to the service manger Mike.”

The family of Tyler is already grieving and in shock; therefore, details of the obituary are not yet made public.
