Tajh Boyd, a rookie offensive lineman for the Liberty Flames who was renowned as “Big Baby”, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 5, 2023.
Liberty University reported that student Tajh Boyd recently passed away. He left his beloved fellows at the age of 19. His cause of death has not yet been officially announced.
Boyd’s memorial services have not been released publicly. The family will soon announce the funeral arrangements and obituary.
The sudden loss of Tajh deeply saddens us. All the condolences and prayers are with his family and close companions.
Boyd belongs to Chesapeake, Virginia; he was a talented 6’5” inches tall and 320-pound offensive lineman.
He was a standout athlete while attending Oscar Smith High School. He had outstanding abilities on the field, which attracted the interest of college scouts.
Boyd had officially contracted with the club as part of the widely anticipated 2023 recruiting class, an excellent event for Liberty University’s football program.
