On February 13, 2023, late at night, Sarah Gelish of New Fairfield, Connecticut, a renowned educator and lifelong devoted psychologist with The New Fairfield Schools, died tragically and abruptly, leaving her family, close relatives, and other loved ones in utter despair.
The specific cause of death has still not been disclosed. Funeral plans can be revealed by the authorities later. Sarah’s death shocked her loved ones and friends. They are using social media to remember and miss Sarah and express their sorrow.
“It still doesn’t feel like this. Sarah was one of the few people I thought of as a friend. She, Andrew, and Ava were all people I adored. She was SO happy when she told Andrew she was expecting, and I got to see her while we planned her maternity shots. Please remember her family as they grieve the death of a wonderful mother and her unborn son. Sarah, you were such a light, and I shall miss you!”
In New Fairfield, Sarah worked as a school psychologist. She was committed to helping students and had made it her life’s work. She touched the lives of countless others as a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
She was a young lady who was unique in that she was extraordinarily sweet and beautiful. She was the most compassionate and selfless person. Everyone will remember Sarah Gelish.
To gather money for Sarah’s funeral costs and those of her newborn boy, a GoFundMe campaign is launched. A college fund for Ava has been set up, and any extra money earned will go into that account.
Donations would not only lessen the family’s financial burden at this trying time, but they will also honour Sarah’s memory by securing her daughter’s future. Four hundred ten donors have already contributed towards the $50,000 target, raising a total of $36,615.
