A young Brisbane man, Kyle Morris, hasn’t been seen in almost a week.
Brisbane Notified posted on Facebook that:
Sadly, the father of missing 20-year-old Kyle Morris confirmed his son had been found dead this afternoon.
It is believed his body was discovered today near bushland in Bridgeman Downs.
“The family can now rest, knowing that Kyle is not alone and suffering somewhere,” his father said.
Details concerning the funeral services may be revealed by the family later.
Missing Details:
Around 2.15 a.m. on Monday, Kyle Morris, 20, is thought to have left his motorcycle parked in Karri Place at Bridgeman Downs. He may have been talking on the phone, according to police, as he moved away from the bike and onto Beckett Road.
Since then, nothing has been heard of him. With the aid of 25 SES members, officers have started a thorough ground search of the area, which includes some bushland.
On Sunday, police announced that the search was still ongoing. Before going missing early on Monday morning, a public member, according to a Queensland Police spokeswoman, allegedly overheard Mr Morris talking on the phone.
The parents of Kyle pleaded with their son to return home.
The youngster’s mother, Natasha Morris, pleaded with him to return home safely, saying, “Please just come home, baby boy.”
His unusual attitude and existing medical condition raise concerns for his safety.
Ms Morris posted about her worries about her son’s whereabouts on social media.
Kyle was sighted on a property between 2:30 and 3:00 in the morning, maybe under the influence. She commented on Thursday, “We are quite concerned for his safety and are hopeful he may be passed out somewhere.
He is considered barefoot, wearing a white T-shirt and grey shorts and holding a motorcycle helmet. His features include brown hair, a proportionate physique, and a height of 180 cm.
