The band said on social media.

Peg McKamey had an exceptional impact on the Southern gospel music industry, which is marked by an impressive record of 16 No. 1 singles. In 1999, Horizon Records was the McKameys for achieving the No. 1 hits in the history of Southern Gospel music. Family members, typically including the daughters Connie and Sheryl, also contributed to the group’s evolution throughout the decades.
