On March 5, 2023, George Matthew Moscony, age 20, of Havertown, Pennsylvania, died suddenly.
There are no known circumstances around the cause of death. Everyone is missing George Moscony, thinking of him, and expressing his prayers and condolences via social media.
In addition to his grandmother, Kathleen Gregori, parents George and Dina Moscony, sisters Nicole and Allison Moscony, nieces and nephews Nicholas & Alyssa Gregori, Daniel Gregori, Samantha Gregori, Sarah Gregori, Katie Lewis, and Jake Lewis, and aunts and uncles Michael Moscony, Michael & Jill Gregori, and Jeffrey & Janene Gregori also survive. Grandparents George A. & Matilda “Tillie” Moscony, and Bartolo Gregori died before him.
Visitors are welcome to the visitation on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Donohue Funeral Home of Upper Darby, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, as well as the church service on Thursday, March 9, from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at Sacred Heart Church of Manoa, 105 Wilson Ave., Havertown, PA 19083, where his Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM with Rev. Henry J, in Springfield, Pennsylvania’s SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, there will be a burial.
George Moscony, the son of George A. Moscony and Dina Joy (Gregori) Moscony, was born on October 16, 2002, in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.
George played football for four years at Haverford High School as a gifted student-athlete. He was a Temple University student who will graduate in 2021. He cherished spending time with his friends and family and playing the guitar.
