Cash Martin Died In A Motorcycle Accident – What Happened To Him?

Cash Martin, a Rock Bridge High School student, was killed on Monday while riding a motorcycle on a busy south Columbia highway close to the school.

According to information provided by the Columbia Police Department, a driver in a Toyota Rav4, it turned left as the student was heading west on West Nifong Boulevard. The rider was then launched from the motorcycle when it collided with the car’s passenger side.

According to the police, Cash Minart was declared deceased at the spot. In a letter addressed to parents of students on Monday, principal Jacob Sirna announced the student’s passing.

Members of our community are finding out rapidly about the accident, Sirna wrote. “It is impossible to adequately convey how difficult it is to lose one of our students. We send the student’s family our deepest condolences. We’ll update our family and student body with more information as soon as we can.”

The school did not name the student but said that students and staff could access additional counseling resources. Further details will be released by RBHS administrators when they become available, Sirna stated.

Additionally, police reported that the Rav4’s driver, an adult male, was unharmed in the collision. Near the intersection of Bethel and Nifong, the accident occurred at Baurichter Drive.
