The community of Carmel Clay High School is mourning the loss of their respected and beloved lacrosse coach, Jack Meacham.
On Tuesday evening, August 22, 2023, Jack Meacham, 31, was declared deceased, and his demise was announced publicly.
As per reports, it’s stated that he died due to a tragic car collision, lost his life, and departed from this world. There is sadness and devastation surrounding the Carmel Clay School.
Incident details:
The fatal tragedy happened close to the intersection of State Road 38 and Six Points Road in Sheridan at around 7 p.m., which needs a response from the police of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office. When law enforcement agencies spotted the location, they reported Meachum’s SUV in a ditch and another vehicle with its roof on its side of the road.
It is unknown whether the fatal crash victims were strapped in seat belts.
Jack Meacham was proclaimed deceased at the scene of the awful accident. At the same time, Brennan Smith, the driver of the Sheridan, Indiana, was confirmed dead after being taken to a hospital in Indianapolis.
The Carmel School community, including Jack’s family, is in shock and sad. We are praying for Jack’s afterlife and extending our love and prayers to all the grieving individuals.
