It is very sorrowful news that an energetic young boy died in an ATV accident last Saturday night, where three other people were also injured.

The victim was identified as a 12-year-old boy, Brody Lynch, from LaGrange, Georgia.

According to a news statement from the Troup County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a home in the 900 block of North Stateline Road on Saturday at 6:34 p.m.
Four patients, one with serious injuries, were hurt in a side-by-side UTV collision. It was reported to those attending the incident as they arrived.
With critical but not life-threatening injuries, three patients were taken to a hospital in the Columbus area, while one was taken to Well Star West Georgia Medical Centre. Lynch suffered severe injuries, and doctors declared him dead.
The TCSO reported that the Georgia State Patrol was called to assist with the investigation because of the seriousness of the accident. According to TCSO, it is a natural accident. But still, they are doing their best to ensure this kind of tragic incident does not happen again.
Young Brody’s funeral will be held at Higgins Funeral Home on Wednesday, 10/04/2023, at 10 a.m. His family specially requested that their funeral member wear red (Brody’s favorite color) to honor Brody on Wednesday.
