The incident occurred on 9th, October 2023, Monday, around 11.41 pm, when Warrensville Heights police responded to an emergency call for domestic violence at the 19700 block of Sunset Drive.
According to the Warrensville police, when they reached the destination, they found the dead body of a 44-year-old woman, Amanda Williams, with multiple gunshot wounds. She was swiftly transported to the Cleveland Clinic-South Pointe Hospital but died due to her serious injuries. The police arrested a man who was her fiancé, but the man was released later due to insufficient evidence.
The Warrensville police are actively investigating the matter and urging anyone with information regarding the murder to come and assist in finding the culprit.
