Ahmad Price Died: What Was His Cause Of Death?

Ahmad Price has sadly passed away.

Ahmad Price, a former Fern Creek High School basketball player who received all-conference recognition while playing for Indiana University Southeast last season, passed away on Saturday.

The price was 22. The cause of death is yet unknown. He was passionate, ambitious, and enthusiastic.

The cause of his passing is unknown to us and may never be known. But when information about him is made public, everyone who wants to read headlines will be curious!

Ahmad’s father, Juan Price, stated, “He was preparing to go back to IUS, and he wanted to get into physical therapy.” “He hoped to keep playing ball after IUS, perhaps abroad.”

Price assisted Fern Creek to a first-ever Sixth Region championship in 2017 and repeated the feat in 2018. The 2016-17 team advanced before falling to Cooper in the Sweet 16 semifinals. Price averaged 16.3 points and 6.1 rebounds as a senior in 2017–18, earning honorable-mention All-State recognition from The Courier-Journal.

Before going to IUS, Price played two seasons at Lincoln Trail College in Illinois and one season each at Beckley Prep in West Virginia after graduating from Fern Creek.

Ahmad Price was an honest and dedicated person. Friends, relatives, and loved ones who knew him for everything he did in life will sincerely miss him. There is no emotion more painful than losing someone close to us in such tragic circumstances, and we pray that God would grant those suffering your loss the bravery and courage they need.
