William Webb, a police sergeant in Medford Township, passed away tragically. He died on March 1, 2023, leaving his family in disbelief.
The Medford Township Police Department sent a notice on Facebook announcing Sgt. William Web’s tragic death on March 1, 2023, says, “Chief Arthur Waterman and the Medford Township Police Department announce with deep regret and profound loss, Sergeant.
The public is unaware of the details surrounding his demise. Everyone, including his family and coworkers, paid respect to him and expressed their sympathies on social media as they missed him and remembered him.
From 1991 and 1994, William Webb attended Gloucester Catholic High School. Twenty-two years of Webb’s life were devoted to serving the residents of Medford Township. Bill was a model employee who improved many people’s lives.
The most significant factor is that his devotion to the organisation and lengthy friendship influenced many others. Sgt. Webb worked in several specialised units throughout his career, including the Criminal Investigation Bureau, the Firearms Units Instructor, the School Resource Officer, the Bike Unit, the Field Training Officer, the Field Training Officer, as well as the Traffic Safety Unit’s Collision Reconstructionist and Motorbike Operator.
His contribution to numerous communities in south jersey as a police officer and firefighter has lasted more than 20 years in various capacities and across multiple nations. In Medford Township, he has earned the position of Deputy Fire Chief and served as a distinguished Sergeant for the Medford Township Police.
Early in the 1990s, he began his police career. He oversaw both the Medford Fire EMS and the Medford Lakes Fire department.
He was a role model for everyone and an inspirational leader. Trophies and awards were all over his résumé. His commitment to the community extended beyond his involvement with the Fire Department.
