As per social media, McElrath, Mark Alan Goodrich, Michigan, died abruptly on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 33. Friends, family, and the entire community were devastated and in mourning.
The public is not informed of the cause of death. On their social media, his friends and relatives expressed their sorrow and missed him.
The funeral procedure is finished. A memorial service will be held at Emmanuel Church, 6434 Richfield Road, Flint, Michigan 48506, on December 29, 2022, at 11 AM. The ceremony will be presided over by Pastor John Scally. From 4 to 8 PM, the family will be available to speak with visitors. The funeral service will take place at the Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road in Davison, Michigan 48423, on December 28, 2022.
In addition to his wife, Sydney McElrath, two children, Madelyn Avery McElrath (age 4) and Maximus Alan McElrath (age 1), Mark is also survived by his parents, Alan and Trisha McElrath, his brother, Nick McElrath, and a considerable number of other loving family members and close friends.
For the past six years, Mark has worked as a Special Agent for the US Secret Service and has been committed to defending his nation. He enjoyed outdoor pursuits, including fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family.
He had a charismatic personality, and despite his large size, people gravitated toward him because of his upbeat outlook and kind grin. Mark was a leader, a diligent worker, and a devoted friend who was quietly intense.
Additionally, he possessed a sharp sense of humor. In addition to working in a position that allowed him to serve his country, he highly valued being a loyal spouse, an active parent, and living a life motivated by a desire to know and follow the Lord in all he did.
