Career:
Conor Beck received his degree from Rice University in 2017. He advised people on economic freedom, private property rights, freedom of speech, and freedom of choice in education while he was the communications program manager. Before joining I.J., he was a media analyst at the Washington Beacon of Liberty.
Dr. Ron Hines, D.V.M., provided free online communications between 2002 and 2012 via the internet, email, and occasionally over the phone, said Conor Beck, communications program manager at the Institute of Justice (I.J.).
Hines’ license was later suspended, fined, and made to retake a portion of his veterinary license exam by the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examinations in 2013 because his remote activities were against the law.
