The Pittsburgh Steelers team confirmed the death of QB Dwayne Haskins through their official Twitter account, where the Steelers boss expressed feeling devastated by the loss of one of his players.
“ I am devastated and speechless by the unfortunate passing of Dwayne Haskins,” said Pittsburgh head coach Mike Tomlin in a statement. “He quickly became a part of our Steelers family upon his arrival in Pittsburgh and was one of our best workers, both on the field and in our community. Dwayne was a great teammate, but even more so a tremendous friend to many. I am truly heartbroken.”

Quarterback Dwayne Haskins emerged as a player at Ohio State, where he set numerous school records for the Buckeyes, including single-season marks for passing yards (4,831) and touchdowns (50).
