CBS News reported that the Elvis actor and singer Shonka Dukureh was found dead in a Nashville apartment.
Nashville Mayor John Cooper paid tribute to Dukureh on Twitter, “Her powerful voice and artistry will live on through her music, and we honour her memory on this sad day.”
Shonka Dukureh, who was famous for her role in Willie Mae’s “Big Mama” is no more. The official report revealed that she was found dead in her Nashville apartment. The Metro Nashville Police Department revealed that she was living in her Nashville apartment with her two young children.
Furthermore, the Police report that was found unresponsive by one of her children, it was 9:30 a.m when the authorities received a call about a lady Dukureh, who was found unresponsive in her bedroom.
Moreover, it is said that the younger child ran to one of their neighbour’s apartments for help, before the authorities reached.
Shonka Dukureh’s death has taken the whole incident by storm. Her fans are curious to know Shonka Dukureh’s cause of death. People have assumed that the 41-year-old might be addicted to drugs. The overdose of her addiction to drugs might have affected her body internally and can be a reason for her death. Although an autopsy will be conducted to investigate her cause of death, it is very shocking to know that she was only 41 years old and looked completely healthy. She used to follow a strict diet, focusing on a healthy lifestyle. So it is very unobvious to believe in such hoaxes that she died due to drug addiction or heart attack. We would advise her fans to not get curious and wait for the autopsy reports.
