Travis Taylor, 39, was killed in a shooting at an apartment complex along Broad River Road in Columbia early on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Travis had 274.9K followers and was a popular social media influencer on TikTok.
According to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to reports of gunfire in the early morning hours in the 1200 block of Metze Road, located just north of St. Andrews Road off of Broad River Drive.
Travis was found face down in an apartment building corridor when deputies arrived, his upper torso covered with gunshot wounds.
Travis was brought to a nearby hospital, receiving treatment, but later he died. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office has not provided any additional details on the shooting. Suspects and individuals of interest have not been made public.
The obituary’s details are not available online. When people learned that a well-known tik tok star had passed away, they were devastated and left feeling heartbroken. Everyone, including friends and relatives, missed him and paid tribute to him while expressing their condolences.
