London, Ontario – The closely-knit community of London, Ontario, is devastated by the shock of a murder-suicide incident earlier today. Tiffany Gates, a beloved 30-year-old woman, was shot and killed, along with a 46-year-old man who took his own life.
This horrible incident occurred to the building in the 500 block of ProudFoot Lane around 4 PM., Ontario. Emergency services were called immediately, and both the victims were transferred to Jamaica Hospital, but they were both pronounced dead upon arrival.
Who was Tiffany Gates?
Tiffany worked at a local restaurant as a server, and her friends would call her “Tippy”. She was a native of Montreal, Quebec, who shifted to London to follow her career dreams. Tiffany previously worked at the Brass Brazilian Steakhouse Niagara.
She was a socially active woman sharing her life online as well. Tiffany’s outgoing nature and love for socializing endeared her to many. She loved to share her hobbies and adventures on her Facebook and Instagram accounts. She was a vibrant soul with an established social circle.
Her murder has left her friends, family and loved ones in mourning. The investigation is going on to find out details about this murder-suicide case. Reports depict that the man shot Tiffany in the head before turning the gun upon himself and appears to have wound in the same area. The actual motive behind this killing is still a mystery.
