Steve Drummond Death: Obituary, Cause Of Death, Funeral

Steve Drummond, a cherished member of the racing community, has passed away. Steve Drummond, the owner of Drummond Race Cars and a well-known drag racer, died on May 15, 2023, following a struggle with cancer.

He was a racer, chassis, engine builder, and fabricator. In October 2022, it was discovered that Steve had B-cell lymphoma.

Maryland International Raceway issued the following statement to convey this heartbreaking update.

“We were shocked to learn of Drummond’s passing. Steve was a fantastic man who excelled as a father, vehicle builder, competitor, and more. Steve, please pass on. We will miss your kind face at MIR and in the drag racing community.”

The racing community was shocked to learn of Steve Drummond’s passing. Having accomplished so much in his life, Steve was a legend. He was well-known for his fantastic drag racing skill and love of creating race cars. In Laurel, Delaware, where he founded Drummond Race Cars, Steve continued to innovate and push the limits of what was possible in the drag racing industry.

The family will disclose more information about the funeral service in the future. Everyone is saddened and devastated as word of beloved Steve’s passing spreads, and they begin to pay him tribute and offer their condolences.
