Shayne Jansen, a 32-year-old reality celebrity, is concerned about his mental and general health. He displayed photographs of the physical changes in his body over the previous year and claimed to feel better than ever, particularly in terms of his mental health.
Two of Jensen’s photos—one from a year ago and the other of him working out in the present and displaying his muscular abs—were just uploaded. “It’s fantastic when you put yourself first and look as good as you feel,” he remarked on Instagram. “I’ve changed a lot in the previous year, and I can finally say I love myself.”
Along with a long video of him and Love Is Blind co-star Brendan McGee attending a Chicago gym in early March, Jensen has traditionally posted more snippets of his workouts on Instagram over the years. In the video, the two perform pull-ups, bench presses, and other exercises.
The popular Netflix dating series featured Jensen as a co-star in which singles communicate for days and become engaged before the meeting.
After proposing to Natalie Minaj Lee, he eventually got to know her in person. But Shane and Natalie got into a very intense dispute the night before their wedding, which Natalie carried over to her ceremonies. Since she could not alter the big day, she decided not to wed him.
“This journey with you will be one I will never forget,” Jensen wrote in a tribute to Lee after the final episode.
