Robbie Pierce Death: Obituary, Cause Of Death, Funeral

Robbie Pierce, American pilot and Jimco Racing team boss, passed away at 63 due to an accident while diving. His death was announced through a Facebook post. Details regarding the funeral may be announced later.

Friends and family members are missing and remembering him, paying tribute and condolences to him on their social media.

American off-road racer Robert Pierce, born on April 29, 1959, was the current owner of Jimco Racing and the former proprietor of MasterCraft Safety and Impact Products. Pierce currently competes in the SCORE International Desert Racing Series with Jimco Trophy trucks and previously competed in the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series (LOORRS) with Pro2 Unlimited trucks.

Pierce started welding at his small firm using the skills he obtained in Idaho. However, by 1985, MasterCraft had joined the rigorous aerospace sector as one of his clientele.

Jack Miller, the creator of MasterCraft, utilised Pierce’s welding skills to produce the company’s tubular seat frames. By adding racing seat belts, window nets, tool bags, and a line of production car seats, Pierce transformed MasterCraft into a top-tier safety company in 1999 after purchasing it from Peri Miller, Jack Miller’s daughter.

After acquiring Ryan Safety in 2008, MasterCraft Safety expanded its offering of window nets, boundary harnesses, suspension seats, and restraints to include racing clothing. The business grew in 2010 and purchased Impact Products from Bill Simpson.

With the addition of Impact, MasterCraft Safety can now provide a complete array of safety goods, including helmets, gloves, and racing shoes. The action expedites Pierce’s goal of providing a whole collection of head-to-toe safety items from a single vendor. Pierce sold impact and MasterCraft to Italian security juggernaut Sparco in June 2017.
