It is sad news that a teenage boy who was excited about a Halloween event passed away after a Halloween party. Preston Lord was the victim who died at last Saturday’s Halloween party on 28 October 2023.

About Victim:

The incident happened at Queen Creek, Arizona. Preston’s aunt summarizes the Saturday night situation on the GoFundMe account. According to Melissa, aunt of Preston said:

At a Halloween party on Saturday night, a party member attempted to attack Preston to make fun of him. Preston didn’t survive the attack and was in unconscious condition; children at the party attempted to give CPR to Preston when his heart stopped, hoping to keep him alive until an ambulance could arrive.

Somehow, Preston’s heart restarted, and he was immediately transported to Chandler Regional Hospital. After that, he was sent to Phoenix Children’s with a major brain injury and was in extremely critical condition.

Unfortunately, after making possible attempts, Preston can’t survive and passes away.

Police Investigation:

Queen Creek authority/police are investigating the place where this incident happened; police took a statement from a Queen Creek resident who lived near the ‘party house’. She is Jenna Pignatiello, she claims:

On Saturday night, I heard loud music from my neighbour’s house, when I saw what was going on: some teenagers were drinking and vomiting from outside the party house.

The police said that around nine o’clock on Saturday night, they got their first report about a disturbance. Many teenagers escaped the area when they saw a police car. Police left after being unable to observe any illegal activity.

After half an hour, they received a second report and discovered a teenager unconscious on the road close to 194th Street and Via Del Rancho Road.

When police arrived, they began an investigation after sending the victim to hospital. The authorities are still investigating the suspect. As Jenna Pignatiello said, they were drunk teenagers, so it is unconfirmed that this accident was caused by heavy drinking.

The Lord’s family and community are going through a tough time right now since they lost a loved one. His precious smile will always be remembered.

They haven’t yet announced the details of Preston’s funeral; maybe they will announce it after completing the donation; his aunt created a GoFundMe account for Preston’s funeral arrangements.
