A series of Korean newspapers reported that the police confirmed Moonbin’s death. A member of the idol group Astro passed away at his home.
Yonhap News reported that Moonbin, a member of the idol group Astro, has passed away. According to the Gangnam Police Department, the person who first reported the incident to the authorities was the male idol’s manager. Moonbin’s body was discovered at his home in Gangnam-gu (Seoul) at 8:10 pm (local time) on April 19.
Through evidence at the scene, Moonbin’s cause of death is suspected to be suicide. The police are still investigating further and waiting for the autopsy report to make an accurate conclusion about the death of the Korean male idol.
The agency and family have not yet commented on Moonbin’s departure. According to some sources, the late artist’s aftermath was held at the funeral home of Ansan Hospital.

Moonbin was born in 1998. He is one of the most noticeable members in the Astro group. Moonbin holds the position of main dancer (the main dancer). He is considered to have dancing skills and the ability to remember movements not inferior to professional dancers.
Before debuting with Astro, Moonbin was a pretty famous face when he played the “child version of Yunho” in DBSK’s MV Balloons. In 2009, he acted in the popular SBS drama Boys Over Flower (Meteor Garden) as the young master So Yijeong (Kim Bum’s character) as a child.
