About Miles Rand:
Despite having lived in Midland, Miles Rand was born in Abilene, Texas. He continued his studies at Cisco Jr. College after completing his education at Clyde High School.
Then he proceeds his education at Texas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geophysics with a Minor in Geology in December 2015.
After furthering his education, he graduated in 2018 with a Master of Science (MS) in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
In order to advance his career, Miles Rand spent five months, from November 2018 to March 2019, as a geology intern at Clear Fork, Inc. He then agreed to work with CrownQuest Operating, LLC, where he contributed his skills and knowledge.
Miles Rand was a complex individual, but his unquenchable curiosity, relentless tenacity, and quest for knowledge kept him together.
His tenacity inspired him in his studies and served as an example for aspiring geophysicists.
In addition to his technical prowess, Rand was exceptional for his ability to relate to individuals from many backgrounds.
Due to his friendly demeanour and eagerness to help others, he was well-liked by both his peers and the broader public.
