Meadow Goodman, a bright student at Anderson High School in Austin, Texas, reportedly committed an apparent suicide on August 12, 2023, according to sources.

After suffering persistent mental health concerns for months, as depression, anxiety, and overthinking can result, a kid from Austin, Texas, took her life and left this world behind.

She attended the high school at 8403 Mesa Dr. in Austin, Texas. The Austin community joined the victim’s parents in mourning her untimely passing.

Her father, Greg Goodman, shared a heartfelt post on social media that stated:

“I am heartbroken to tell the world that our daughter Meadow is no longer with us. She died early Saturday morning. Our family is completely devastated, and we will never be the same.

I am not afraid to tell you all that Meadow took her own life, but I want to be clear: Lulu and I did everything possible to keep Meadow alive. Frankly, no one was more dedicated to treating Meadow’s mental health than my wife, Lulu. I’ll spare the details of what has led us up to this point, but this struggle escalated over the last 12-15 months. The result is something no parent, sibling, or grandparent should ever deal with in their lifetime.
