On August 24, 1996, Mary Teresa Goulding was born in Christchurch, New Zealand. In the 2014 and 2015 Women’s Basketball Championship (WBC), she represented the Canterbury Wildcats while attending New Zealand’s Rangiora High School.

She re-joined the Wildcats in 2018 and played in a game with them. At the 2021 FIBA Asia Cup, Goulding participated in five games, averaging 8.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game.

Goulding attended Wyoming’s Gillette College after finishing high school before Fordham University contacted him. She was chosen for the First Team All-Conference in her last year at Fordham.
