Maia Vezina unexpectedly passed away from a mistaken overdose. The Nelson, British Columbia native’s death was declared on Friday, May 26, 2023, after a CT scan and a thorough manual inspection by two ICU specialists.
Her family, friends, and loved ones were shocked and grieved to learn of her tragic, untimely demise.
Sources claim that once reports showed that Maia’s brain was no longer functioning and that blood flow had stopped, it was declared dead.
Two ICU doctors who thoroughly examined her and ran a CT scan confirmed the information. “Mother and Father, take care of your children. Sisters and brothers adore and support one another. Friends, don’t take each other for granted. Regarding Maia’s passing, Patricia Henman expressed her deep sorrow.
The family members are still reeling from this awful occurrence. Her obituary will be made public soon by the family. As word of this awful tragedy spreads, everyone is devastated and inconsolable, missing Maia Vezina and expressing their sympathies to her.

The procedure to donate Maia’s organs will occur on Monday afternoon at about 5 o’clock in the Kelowna Hospital as others will carry on her legacy.
