On March 30, 2023, Krissy Devito, the owner of Devito Darlings LLC, was driving when her children were in a car accident and were taken by air to Vanderbilt.
Nan Wade, Krissy’s mother, died in a tragic accident. The mishap did not result in injuries for Juliana, Baylor, Greyson, or Alexander. According to accounts, Baylor and Greyson had surgery after suffering severe injuries.
Everyone asked for prayers for the family on social media.
“Everyone is asked to pray for Thomas and Krissy Devito, who are our friends. They have four lovely kids who were involved in a car accident this morning. Alexander, their young boy, is closest friends with my son Coaston. Since preschool, they have been in the same class. To go to Vanderbilt, they are all being airlifted. Nan Wade, Krissy’s mother, perished in the collision. Praying for the entire family. Please offer prayers for safe travels for Thomas and Krissy as they make their way to Nashville as well as for the wellbeing of all the children.”

We held our sweet baby boy until his heart stopped around 8:55 am. There are not enough words to explain the love for my boy or the devastating pain we endure by losing him. His smile could light up a room. He gave the sweetest hugs and wouldn’t mind cuddling up with a stranger. He drank every bottle or ate every bite you fed him. He was unique and extraordinary, and I don’t know how to learn to live the rest of my life without that perfect baby in it. The only consolation I have for myself is that he is reuniting with his Nana in heaven- and boy, did he love her.
