The visitation has been scheduled for Monday, 27 November, at Smits Funeral Home 2121, Pleasant Springs Lane, Dyer, IN, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral service is scheduled on 28 November, Tuesday, at 11 am at the funeral home.
