As soon as the actress Kalani Hilliker’s death became public knowledge earlier this week, it alarmed fans worldwide. The February 2023 rumor, however, has already been revealed to be a total hoax and is merely the most recent in a long line of false celebrity death reports. Fortunately, the actress best recognized for her role as a Dancing Moms cast member is still with us.
As a Facebook profile for the actress with the caption “R.I.P. Kalani Hilliker” received close to one million “likes,” rumors of her purported death picked more steam on Thursday. The ‘About’ page gave readers a credible description of the American actress’s demise.
Hilliker was born in Mesa, AZ, on September 23, 2000. She revealed on her YouTube account in January 2021 that she had moved from Los Angeles to Scottsdale, Arizona. Hilliker began dancing when he was two years old. At age 5, Hilliker enrolled in training at Club Dance in Mesa. As a child, she was a passionate soccer player, but decided to pursue dance more committedly at age nine and gained an agency.
At age 10, she started taking ballet classes at the Master Ballet Academy in Phoenix. To compete for the reward of a featured position on the popular show Shake It Up, Hilliker and several of her dancing buddies entered Disney Channel’s Make Your Mark Ultimate Dance Off competition in 2011.
Hilliker had many appearances as Baby Bun on the A.B.C. Family comedy Bunheads as she was made a series dance regular in 2013. In the same year, she competed in Lifetime’s Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition, a dance reality competition series.
She started appearing in the online series Dirt in 2018. In 2013, Hilliker won Junior Female Best Dancer after six years of finishing in the top three at The Dance Awards. Also, she has a line of prom dresses that she co-designed with PromGirl.
