His wife announced his death through a Facebook post on Sunday, 24th September 2023, in which she shared her feelings of sadness about her husband’s demise and how their hearts were broken into pieces after this news.

He takes responsibility for a diverse range of functions, including sales, leasing, construction, engineering, and property management for our commercial development projects. Throughout his career, Jud has shown exceptional progress in developing, leasing, and selling commercial projects, collectively encompassing more than 4 million square feet of retail and commercial space.
Before joining the Silver Companies team, Jud held a position at Mary Washington Hospital. Fredericksburg has been his lifelong home, and he has actively affiliated with numerous organizations in the community. In his affiliations, he holds membership in the prestigious Fredericksburg Regional Alliance, has previously chaired the Rappahannock United Way, and contributed his expertise to the City Industrial Development Authority.
