The unfortunate passing of John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Vanderbilt University graduate. Unexpectedly, Jay Wilkins passed away after a brief illness.
The family provided no information about the funeral services. Everyone is mourning and remembering Jay Wilkins, paying respect to him, and expressing their condolences online.
In 2010, Jay Wilkins joined Harvest. He worked as a principal at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners and North Castle Partners before joining Harvest, where he concentrated on leveraged buyout deals.
Jay formerly worked as an analyst for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette’s leveraged finance division, where he carried out deals for the company’s private equity clients.
He did his studies at Vanderbilt University, which also earned him a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, Jay holds positions on the boards of directors for the numerous businesses and organizations.
Jay is a director for the following companies: Affordable Care, Convergint, Dental Care Alliance, EyeCare Services Partners, Galway Insurance, Insight Global, Integrity Marketing Group, Service Express, The Vincit Group, and VetCor. He formerly served on the boards of Athletico, AxelaCare, Driven Brands, and Packers Holdings. The Harvest Partners Investment Committee includes Jay.
He was responsible for evaluating financial data as part of his employment duties. He was in charge of drawing together commercial agreements for the firm’s private equity clients as part of his duties at the company he worked for.
