The influencer, who has nearly 497,000 followers on TikTok, did her best to promote the body-positive message. The influencer was reportedly discovered dead in California, and police believe the 20-year-old killed herself with a gun.
Since no foul play has been detected, the death of the TikToker is being examined as a suicide rather than a murder. Nobody from her family has commented on the situation or discussed the potential causes of her claimed suicide. Netizens, meanwhile, are devastated to learn about TikToker’s sudden demise.
Asia LaFlora, better known online as theylovesadity, was 18 years old at the time of her TikTok account’s creation. She was active on the platform, sharing short videos and uploading numerous body-positive and fashion-inspiring videos that significantly affected many women.
In her articles, Yanna also added a link to a GoFundMe for Asia’s funeral costs. Her aunt Precious started the GoFundMe, which states: “We must inform you with great sadness and heavy hearts of Asia LaFlora’s untimely departure on January 23. Asia was a kind, lovely, astute, and wise individual. A life so gloriously lived deserves to be remembered in a similarly beautiful way.” The post also mentions that this is the only GoFundMe page for the family.
Fans, friends, and family are all paying tribute to her and expressing their condolences on social media as they mourn, miss, and remember her.
Ryn and Yanna paid tribute to their younger sister on their Instagram stories. “My heart is so crushed my baby my little sister,” Ryn wrote in hers. Yanna said the same in hers: “I’ve got my heart in a million pieces, and I’ve got my heart smashed asf! God, oh I don’t know what’s going on but Lord we need you, Asia why? Please pray for me and my family. I adored you a lot! What the hell did you do?”
