Dan Miller passed away on Friday, January 22, 2024. He had been diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer on December 7, 2023. The cancer had spread into his liver, spine, hip, and thigh bone in just a few weeks.

He spent the remaining days with his family, whom he loved very much. He embraced his fate and decided to focus on all the good times he got to experience, and all the relations and love his life had blessed him with. His family announced the sad news of his diagnosis on his website, 48days.com.

They also established a memorial page for him during his life so that he could participate in it. They requested everyone to share their kind words and memories to let Dan know how loved and appreciated he was. The community outpoured support for him and his family.
