Father Dale Dahmen, 55, and his son Dominick Dahmen, 25, who founded the Buffalo, Minnesota band Dale Dahmen & The Polka Beats, have died. On Friday, February 3, 2023, the loving wife and mother, Sherry Wagener Dahmen, posted on social media that they had passed away.

Information on funeral services may be released at a later time. Everyone’s friends and family are mourning, remembering, and expressing their condolences to them on social media for both the father and son.
Since he was a young child, Dale Kenneth Dahmen has played with the band he founded, Dale Dahmen & The Polka Beats. Dale Dahmen was a musician as well. Dahmen began learning the concertina when he was six years old. He stated that his parents significantly influenced his decision to learn the guitar.
Dahmen began standing in and singing a few songs with polar groups at around the age of ten. When Dale Dahmen was approached a few years later to join another band, Dale’s father, Ken Dahmen, suggested that he start his band instead.
The authorities recognised two of the three men who were found dead inside a truck in an apparent murder-suicide on Wednesday night in Bloomington.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner ruled that Dale Dahmen, 55, and Dominick Dahmen, 25, passed away due to numerous gunshot wounds. The two Buffalo residents were a father and a son. Police described the third man as a “business associate,” though his identity was not publicised.
Police claim that they were called to a pickup truck parked in a commercial lot near the Smack Shack restaurant near France Place and Minnesota Drive. It was reported to the police that someone was slumped inside the truck.
