On Sunday, February 26th, 2023, the Fishing community is in shock after hearing about the boat accident on Old Hickory lake that involved one of their friends.
Cody Liddle, a Tennessee resident from Lebanon, has been named the victim. Cody is reportedly at Vanderbilt in the trauma department.
He sustained multiple lacerations and shattered jaws. The bone in Cody’s arm has been severed in three places and has several lacerations.
On the back of his neck, he has a laceration. Although the degree of his back fracture is unknown, he has one. An MRI will be performed tonight or tomorrow.
He has been given blood to stabilize and raise his blood pressure because he lost a lot of blood. Tomorrow, he will have surgery on his arm. We’re awaiting more details regarding his additional wounds.
