He was an 18-year-old young man who lost his life in a shooting incident that took place at the location of 22 Forest Ave, close to the intersection of Lussier Street near Salem University, in the early hours of Wednesday, that is, 1st November 2023, when the Halloween celebration was almost ended.

“I’m still feeling not well. I’m still in shock and I still can’t believe it,” Altagrace Beliard told Boston 25 News. “It was on Tuesday. He called me on FaceTime while I was at work. He was telling me he was coming home for Thanksgiving. I was even planning with him to go out with him for his birthday.”
The young guy was to turn 19 on the 11th of this month.
