Brayden Nelson Suicide: Obituary, Cause Of Death, Funeral

In west central Minnesota, a junior student at Fergus Falls High School has reportedly committed suicide.

The Otter School community is in ruins due to the tragic occurrence. The death of the adored student, who also played football, softball, and baseball, was reported by the school. The community, his family, friends, and the school were all shocked to learn of Brayden Nelson’s untimely passing.

After the tragic incident, Jeff Drake, the superintendent of Fergus Falls Public Schools, announced that trained mental health counselors would be on hand at the school to benefit the children and anybody else the tragedy may have impacted. In a press statement, he penned: “Dear Otter Families.

“I am writing to inform you that one of our pupils, Brayden Nelson, died of suicide. Junior at Fergus Falls High School was Brayden Nelson. Please remember the Brayden family, their friends, and the entire school community in your prayers. It hurts a lot to lose one of our students. Both students and adults need compassion, empathy, and kindness as we work through our loss and support one another in our healing.

His suicide was for an unknown reason, and neither the manner nor the why of his death was made public.

As soon as the news of his passing spread, everyone grew sad and troubled, praying for his afterlife and missing him. The school may reveal more information about the funeral services in the future.
