The calming atmosphere of Altoona has been reeling over the most devastating incident that occurred on Tuesday, where husband Blase Raia killed his wife, Brooke Zimmerman, and later shot himself in their residence. The horrific incident resulted in a situation of fear in the society.
How did the incident happen?
On Tuesday night, law enforcement authorities were called to the scene at Greenwood Area of Logan Township just after 8 p.m., where they found the lifeless body of a 39-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. After investigation, it was identified that both victims were husband and wife, where a husband named Blase Raia had shot and killed his partner Brooke Zimmerman and later killed himself at their residence at 614 South Dartmouth Lane in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
