The diagnosis of the symptoms resulted in a tragic turn in her life as she was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Ashley went to proper treatment, but after many efforts to fight the cancer, she died peacefully at her home on 29 October Sunday.

Ashley Sheppard was married to Michael in 2015. Her husband is a police officer and shared a cheerful bond with her. She left behind her two-year-old son, Jackson John Sheppard. She was the most devoted mother and wife and always prioritized her family.

Ashley was first employed as a part-time employee in a Rosamond Zoo, and in 2018, due to her dedication, she gained the rank of Department Manager. She was working there as a zookeeper for a decade. Ashley was famous for her compassionate behavior and cared for the animals and mammals in the zoo. She educated and counseled visitors and students about the zoo environment and the behaviors of animals.
