Last Sunday, 19 November 2023, the Santa Ana College community had to face the terrible loss of one of their best and most beloved football coaches and instructors, Anthony White. White was just aged 42 at the time he passed away. It is such a young age to leave this world. His college community is still trying to process the loss of their best coach.
Santa Ana College announced his death news on Friday, 25 November 2023, through social media
they mentioned that
“We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Head Football Coach Anthony White after a courageous battle with cancer,” They also added.
” Anthony has left an indelible mark on SAC Athletics and everyone who was blessed to know him.”
What happened to Anthony White?
According to reports, it’s been confirmed that Mr. White was fighting the battle of life and death, as he was diagnosed with cancer. His cancerous journey so far was fierce, but he, as a courageous man, did not let this disease make him sit; instead, he fought with bravery.
Cancer is becoming very common and a severe life-threatening disease. He fought very hard, but this is what his faith had already decided for him.

Life of Anthony White?
Anthony White was a great man, a great teacher, and a great member. He was the Instructor and Football coach at Santa Ana College.
Anthony White was serving with complete dedication at Santa Ana College. In his third year, he led the team to score a massive win of 56-48 against Desert in the Southern California Bowl, which was more than impressive. All credit goes to, of course, the great coach and his expertise. The team later mentioned that Mr. White was the most critical part of this exceptional success. The couple called him their MVP.
Other than that, he also served on Buena Park High’s football team for almost seven years, which was a great time. Before him, the team was not doing so well, but eventually, when he joined, under his supervision and expertise, a prominent improvement could be seen. In his last season over there, they even amazingly won a Freeway League title, which was a considerable dedication.
His students and his teams always described him as a great man rather than a great coach. His fellow coaches have the same opinion about him: He was undoubtedly a great person.
Anthony White has left his darling wife and their two young children. This is a sad and harrowing time for the family. As per the reports, his colleagues visited him when he was in the hospital.
