Ally Kane, who was just 23 years old, departed peacefully on Friday, June 23, 2023, at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus, surrounded by her adoring family.
The family had not disclosed the details of her cause of death at the time of publication. Her loved ones will miss her dearly.
There will be a private family funeral. The family would especially want to thank the nurses, physicians, and the rest of the wonderful team at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their kind attention.

Ally Catherine Kane was born in 2000 and is a native of Renfrew, Ontario. Ally was a fantastic athlete who won every competition in which she competed.
Both inside and out, she was gorgeous. Ally is the adored child of her parents. The beloved sister of Kyle. Tasha treasured a certain kind of love.
Ally was a superb athlete who excelled in every sport she participated in. The room would shine with the smile of Ally.
Her teammates and instructors were motivated by her pushing herself and everyone around her to succeed at new heights. Despite her obvious success, Ally maintained her modesty and constantly supported her teammates and friends.
Because of her upbeat attitude and sportsmanlike demeanor, she gained the respect and admiration of everyone she came into touch with. Along with her athletic endeavors, Ally was a dedicated student and supporter of charity causes.
She was a wonderful woman who loved her family and friends dearly. All those who had the honor of knowing her will miss her for the rest of their lives.
