Oklahoma’s Edmond Santa Fe High School is mourning the unexpected death of one of its student. Student and baseball player Aiden Renner committed suicide after being humiliated by his classmates. The neighborhood is together in Aiden’s memory and support of one another.
Officials are looking into a tragic incident from the last week that resulted in one death. Aiden Renner, a student at Edmond Santa Fe, reportedly committed suicide. He was only fifteen years old when he died. Bullying is said to have taken Aiden Renner’s life.
The family of a 15-year-old kid from Edmond claims he committed suicide due to being severely bullied by his friends. Why haven’t Edmond Public Schools or Edmond Santa Fe High School released a statement regarding Aiden Renner’s passing, our friends and family asking?
Aiden’s mother encourages parents to “address bullying with their children! Instill in them the value of kindness. Her son passed away due to the cruel and vicious actions of guys who were his contemporaries. “If you want to help, do not turn a blind eye to bullying. If you see something, say something.”
Information on funeral services may be released at a later time. Everyone is mourning and remembering Aiden, paying tribute to him and expressing their sympathies online.
“Aiden’s passing to be with the Lord today was felt with great sadness. He was the kindest and most kind boy in life, and even in death, he continues to be generous. We are respecting Aiden’s request to donate his organs. More families will be saved by his life. While Vince Gill played Go Rest High On That Mountain, I crawled into bed with him and held him. Skyler Owens, his best friend, and his family were all by his side as Aiden climbed that mountain in harmony. Gary and I are at ease knowing that he was genuinely loved.”
